Inaura’s Management Team is a knowledgeable, experienced, and energetic group that has proven execution skills.  Each Inaura team member has over 15 years experience in technology startups and havesuccessfully built technology companies.

Peter Bookman, President, CEO and Founder
Serial entrepreneur with over 15 years experience in technology.  Mr. Bookman has been involved with or architected security solutions including SSL off loaders (SSL VPN technology), XML security, and full identity and access suites for online and offline rights managements.  He has been at the founding level of several successful technology companies and has proven to be very astute in building technology products the industry needs.

Mike Anderer, CTO and Founder
Over 20 years of technology leadership and experience.  Mike has current experience as Director at Pointserve, Director at Foray, Director at Entirenet, Founder at Granite Pillar, Director at Medicity among others.  Past positions include Chairman and CEO of USConnect and CEO Connect and founder and CEO of AirClic among others.  He has extensive experience in incubating technology companies and is a known expert in IP protection and strategies.   He has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from University of South Carolina.

Stuart Anderson, VP of Engineering
Stuart Anderson is a seasoned software developer, who is actively engaged and well respected in numerous standards groups and open source projects.  Anderson is especially skilled at establishing internal engineering practices.  He holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina.

Rodney Rasmussen, Executive Committee
Rodney brings over 22 years of experience in the financial markets, including venture capital, trading and structuring as a bond and derivatives trader, and as a manager of multi-billion asset backed portfolio. Mr. Rasmussen previously spent fourteen years at Bank of America where he was a Principal and senior manager of a Structured Finance Group.  Six of his fourteen years were spent as Vice President and senior interest rate derivatives trader with responsibilities over exotic products including options, one-off structured transactions and new product development. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University
